I might be back with more to post later, but just wanted to get this card posted. I am participating in a card contest at Sketch This Cards! This is a three week contest and this is week #2. I've never done anything like this before, so it is challenging and fun. Maybe later I will post week #1's card. Can't post it quite yet because it is in the mail to someone. If I post it here she might see it online before seeing it in person. Anyway, back to this card. I've not done a lot with large flowers. Didn't want to go out a buy any, so decided to create my own. (Remember, make the most of what you have?!) I used an old sewing pattern and some BasicGrey paper from my stash. Kinda felt like I was back in elementary school making tissue paper flowers!
